Download the swissmoney app from the official swissmoney website, Google Play store or App Store.

Open the app. You can get an account using your Google or Apple account or create it using an email address.

If you use your email address, select ‘Sign up’ and choose Personal account as your account type. Then, enter all the necessary information.

You’ll receive an email asking you to confirm your email address. Open it and tap on the ‘Confirm’ your email’ button.

Select your country, enter your phone number and click ‘Confirm’. You’ll receive a message with a verification code. Enter the code.

Most frequent reasons you can’t verify your phone number.

Set a session passcode.

Start user verification by tapping ‘Begin verification’. Use your phone's camera and take a selfie as requested.
​

Select the country where your document was issued and the type of document you want to use. Then, either take a photo of your document or upload it.
​

Fill out the form and click ‘Next step’.
​

Provide your address details by filling out the form and clicking ‘Next Step’. Double-check for any mistakes.

P.S. You’ll also need to provide proof of address later on.

Fill out a short questionnaire and wait for your confirmation.
