Download the swissmoney app from the official swissmoney website, Google Play store or App Store.

Open the app. You can get an account using your Google or Apple account or create it using an email address.

If you use your email address, select ‘Sign up’ and choose Personal account as your account type. Then, enter all the necessary information.

You’ll receive an email asking you to confirm your email address. Open it and tap on the ‘Confirm’ your email’ button.

Select your country, enter your phone number and click ‘Confirm’. You’ll receive a message with a verification code. Enter the code.

Set a session passcode.

Start user verification by tapping ‘Begin verification’. Use your phone's camera and take a selfie as requested.

Select the document country of issue and the type you want to use. Make a photo of your document or upload it.
​

Fill out the form and click ‘Next step’.
​

Provide your address details. Fill out the form and click ‘Submit’. Make sure there are no mistakes. Later, you’ll need to provide proof of address.

Fill out a short questionnaire.
