Currently, to deactivate your swissmoney account, you must contact the support team.
Before deactivating your account please withdraw all of your remaining funds from the account.
If you're using mobile app
Open the swissmoney app. From the Home page, go to your profile.
Go to ‘Security’.
Tap ‘Deactivate account’ and then ‘Contact support’.
Write a message regarding account deactivation and tap ‘Send message’. The support team will contact you shortly.
When sending your account deactivation request, please take a moment to mention the reason for closing your account.

If you're using web version
Navigate to "Settings" on the bottom left corner.
Go to “Security".
Click ‘Deactivate account’ and then tap on ‘Support’ button.
