To make an internal transfer to another swissmoney user, follow these steps:
1. Access the Currency Account: From the main dashboard, locate and select the currency account you want to use for the transfer. For example, if you're transferring in EUR, click on the EUR account.
2. Open the Transfer Menu: Once inside the currency account, navigate to the "Transfer" tab. You’ll see two options:
"To your European bank account"
"To another swissmoney user account."
Select the latter option to initiate an internal transfer.
3. Enter Transfer Details:
Amount: Enter the amount you wish to transfer.
Beneficiary ID, Email, or Phone: Provide the beneficiary's identifier, which can be their swissmoney unique ID, email, or phone number linked to their swissmoney account.
Comment (Optional): You can add a comment or note for the transfer if desired.
Upload Transfer Explanation: If required, upload any additional documents or explanations for the transfer.
4. Review and Confirm:
After entering all the necessary details, carefully review the summary, including any fees and the total amount to be transferred.
Once you're sure everything is correct, click the "Transfer" button to complete the transaction and confirm with your chosen verification method.
