How can I change my phone number/email?

For now, you can change your phone number/email address only on the website.

  1. Go to swissmoney.com, log in to your account and go to ‘Settings’.

  2. Click on ‘Security’, locate the ‘Phone number/Email address’ section, and click ‘Change’.

  3. Contact the support team to change your phone number/email address.

  4. When writing the request to support, please make sure to include the new phone number/email address. Also for security measures please provide a clear selfie of yourself holding the ID document you used to register your account. Make sure the ID document is clearly visible and readable in the photo. In the same photo, hold a handwritten note with today's date.

Please note that the same phone number/email address cannot be shared and can be used only by one account.
